Chris Stapleton has updated fans on why he had to postpone three weeks of shows on “The All-American Road Show” tour, as well as cancel his CMA Fest performance on June 11. In a letter to fans posted on social media, Chris wrote that he’s recovering from a broken bone and detached tendon in his right index finger, although he didn’t mention how he sustained the injury. Chris says the doctor is hopeful that with some physical therapy he’ll be playing guitar again soon, but right now he doesn’t feel like he could give fans the show they deserve.
