All kinds of Halloween celebrations will be taking place this week.  Experience Oskaloosa is holding a shopping event Friday night (10/29) for people 21 and over.  Jessica Reuter of Oskaloosa Main Street talks about Brews and Broomsticks.

“You’ll want to start by checking in at the Alley.  If it’s raining or it’s really cold, we’ll be set up inside Smokey Row Coffee instead.  But stop by, you’ll show us your ID.  You’ll get a 21 plus wristband and also sign up to win some scary good prizes.”

Reuter says several Oskaloosa businesses are participating….and that it’s fine to wear costumes.  Again, Brews and Broomsticks is Friday night from 6 to 8pm at the Alley in downtown Oskaloosa.
