The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an accidental shooting that left a juvenile boy from Kalona dead.  The Sheriff’s Office says it received a 911 call about a shooting around 10:20 Friday morning (6/19) from a Kalona residence.  When first responders arrived, the boy was dead.  No names have been released.
