Bond has been set at $1 million for an Ottumwa man accused in a fatal stabbing last week.  42-year-old Douglas Spurgeon is charged with first degree murder in the death of 55-year-old Gerald Sapp of Ottumwa last Thursday (11.11).  Ottumwa Police say Sapp had multiple stab wounds when his body was found in an alley behind 105 North Hancock.
