Luke Combs Bummed He Wasn’t Asked To Be On Pat McAfee’s Country Debut

ESPN personality Pat McAfee has featured many country stars on his show, and it seems to be rubbing off on him. The former NFL punter and wrestling commentator is adding “country singer” to his resume, with a new album coming out next month. One of his country pals isn’t that happy about it, however. Under McAfee’s post announcing the album, Luke Combs commented, “Not calling me on this? Unforgivable.” McAfee replied with three laughing-crying emojis, before clarifying that there are “NO FEATURES” on the record. While there may be no collabs on the album, McAfee certainly did receive some high-profile help; Ernest is part of the project (most likely lending a hand with songwriting). “The Diary Of A Polarizing Figure” comes out August 14th.
