It’s hard to believe it’s been ten years since the release of Chris Stapleton‘s breakthrough debut album, “Traveller,” yet it seems like he’s been around a lot longer than that, such has been his impact on country music. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the landmark release, collectors and fans will be able to pick up several different vinyl versions of the album this summer, including Ruby at Stapleton’s store, Cobalt at Walmart, Forest Green at Target, Ultra Clear at indie record stores, and Cola Bottle Clear via Amazon. “Traveler” is certified RIAA seven-times platinum in the U.S. and has been streamed over 11-billion times worldwide.

Keith Urban is set to be honored this Thursday at the 60th Annual ACM Awards. He’ll become part of an exclusive club, recipients of the ACM “Triple Crown” award. It’s not an easy thing to win: an artist must win New Artist of the Year, the Entertainer of the Year, and the Artist of the Year (not all in the same year). There are just 11 artists in this exclusive club: Merle Haggard, Mickey Gilley, Barbara Mandrell, Brooks & Dunn, The Chicks, Kenny Chesney, Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean, Miranda Lambert, Chris Stapleton and Lainey Wilson. Urban makes 12; Luke Combs would make it 13 this week if he were to win the Entertainer of the Year Award.  The ACM Awards airs live this Thursday night at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT on Prime Video.

It’s taken months, but we’re getting a more complete picture of what exactly happened in the Morgan Wallen chair-throwing incident. In an interview with the “Los Angeles Times,” Eric Church revealed for the first time that when Morgan was in the process of being arrested (after the chair-toss but before the handcuffs), his first call was to Church. “Morgan called me from the street after it happened. I was watching college basketball, and he said, ‘Hey, this just happened.’ I said, ‘Uh-oh.’ I knew it was gonna be noisy, and it was…it was damn noisy.” Once the noise died down, though, Church says it was a growth-moment for the singer. “It was actually a good thing for Mo. I think that was a line for him, and he’s done really well since then…it was a thing he’s reacted positively to as a person. I used the old Billy Joe Shaver line on him: ‘I’m just an old chunk of coal, but I’ll be a diamond one day.’ He went down [to Chief’s] and apologized to the staff, shook everybody’s hand. I was proud of him.”

Zach Top brought his brand of retro-cool to “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Kimmel” Wednesday night, and showed the country why he was named the ACM “New Male Artist of the Year” last week. He performed his latest hit, “I Never Lie,” from his debut album “Cold Beer & Country.”

Lainey Wilson may have caught the acting bug. After a short stint on “Yellowstone,” the singer now has her first movie role. Lainey will appear in the big-screen adaptation of “Reminders of Him,” a romantic drama adapting the novel from “It Ends With Us” author Colleen Hoover. Lainey joins a cast led by Maika Monroe, and featuring Tyriq Withers, Rudy Pankow, Lauren Graham, Nicholas Duvernay and Bradley Whitford. No word on what her role in the film will be.
