A reminder that trick or treaters in Oskaloosa should go out tonight (10/30), rather than Halloween night (10/31). In Oskaloosa, there’s a Trick or Treat Parade in City Square Park starting at 4:00pm today. And city-wide trick or treating runs from 6pm to 8pm in Oskaloosa.
The City of Pella will be giving out candy to trick or treaters between 6pm and 8pm tonight(10/30).
