ALBIA – Authorities in Albia are seeking public assistance regarding a vandalism incident at Urban Grace.

The Albia Police Department says that an artist was hired to create “patriotic window artwork” featuring U.S. Presidents on the windows of the business, but sometime between approximately 6:00pm on Friday, July 3, and 10:00am on Saturday, July 4, someone appears to have scraped part of the faces off, doing damage to the artwork.

Those who were in the area at the time and saw anything suspicious, noticed anyone near the windows, or have any information that may help identify the person(s) responsible for the vandalism are encouraged to contact the Albia Police Department.
