As we draw closer to the 2024 “CMT Music Awards.” the evening is beginning to take shape. Kelsea Ballerini will once again be hosting the festivities, which will take place Sunday, April 7. Yesterday, the first round of performers for the event was announced.

Taking the stage alongside Ballerini, who will both host and perform, will be Bailey Zimmerman, Jelly Roll, Keith Urban, Lainey Wilson and Sam Hunt. More performers will be announced between now and the night of the show. The fan-voted award show airs live from Austin, Texas’ Moody Center on Sunday, April 7 from 8-11 pm ET/PT on CBS, and will be available to stream live and on-demand on Paramount+.
