Eric Church recently announced his a new project, “Heart & Soul,” a triple album, and now he’s giving fans another taste of what to expect.

Eric just dropped the new song “Heart On Fire,” which will be featured on the “Heart” album, which will be the first to be released on April 16th, followed by “&,” for his fan cub only on April 20th, and “Soul” on April 23rd.

“‘Heart On Fire’ is the first song on the ‘Heart’ album, and normally if we had four songs about heart, with the way we used to do this we would cut three of them out and we’d do one,” Eric shares. “It started to be cool that this time we could lean into that sameness and the themes where you can put the songs together and know we wrote these within this much time of each other.”

ONE MORE THING! Apparently Eric’s fans got a little anxious for informaton about his new albums, and actually went so far as to hack his website to get the info before the announcements. It seems before the official reveal, members of his Church Choir hacked the computer and found the plans about the albums. “We ended up getting hacked, which is pretty awesome when you think about it,” Church tells The Tennessean. “They ended up breaking the news, which is hilarious to me. It was one of those weird deals. But I love the passion.”
