The US Army Corps of Engineers is not recommending swimming at the North Overlook and Whitebreast beaches at Lake Red Rock.  The reason is high bacteria levels.  The beaches, located near Pella, will be posted with “Swimming Not Recommended” signs until further tests show lower bacteria counts.
