Two people from Wapello County, one from Mahaska County and one from Monroe County are among 17 deaths from coronavirus reported over the weekend in Iowa.  As of early Monday morning (6/8), the Iowa Department of Public Health reports 606 people in the state have died from COVID-19 throughout the pandemic.  Also, another 700 Iowans have tested positive for coronavirus, bringing the total to 21,794.  Seven new cases have been reported in Wapello County, three in Jasper County and one each in Keokuk and Monroe Counties.
