GARTH BROOKS CANCELS KANSAS CITY SHOW OVER BOTS

Garth Brooks Cancels Kansas City Show Over Bots

Score one for the bots. Garth Brooks has officially canceled a concert that was slated for November after bots disrupted the ticket sales so badly that he was forced to pull the plug during the on-sale. He originally scheduled shows for November 6 and 7 at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, then added a third show as a matinee performance on November 7 due to ticket demand. When the bots started flooding into the queue, outnumbering real people, the G-Man threw in the towel on the matinee show. According to Garth’s people, more than 90-thousand people were in the digital queue on Friday morning, and most of them were bots. The previously announced shows scheduled for November 6 and 7 are still going forward.
