Recent photos of Toby Keith had fans concerned for the country legend – as he looked like he’d lost a considerable amount of weight during his battle with stomach cancer. For his part, Toby has been itching to get back on stage – out of commission for quite some time as various treatments had him sitting on the sidelines. But no more.

Anxious to perform again, over the weekend Toby took the stage at Hollywood Corners, a bar that he owns in his home state of Oklahoma – and what was supposed to just be a rehearsal of sorts for Toby to test the waters ended up turning into a full blown 2 and a half hour full band show. And all reports are, the legend hasn’t lost a step.

Just in case you thought Toby expended all his energy in that one show, you don’t know Toby – as he did it again the next night! Toby expressed recently that he was hoping to get back on the road by the end of the year – and it’s still early, but it looks like “The Big Dog” is well on his way to making that happen!
