A tip about two people buying large amounts of pseudoephedrine led Ottumwa Police to arrest two people for making meth.  The Southeast Iowa Inter-Agency Drug Task Force says police were tipped off that 37-year-old Brandi Lee Terrebonne and 45-year-old Joseph Paul Ward, both of Ottumwa, were buying pseudoephedrine in amounts larger than what people usually buy.  A search warrant was issued Wednesday (1/8) at a home in the 200 block of Northview in Ottumwa.  That search turned up items used to make meth, as well as a small marijuana growing operation.  Ward has been charged with conspiracy to manufacture meth, making marijuana, failure to have a drug tax stamp and child endangerment.  Ward is also charged with a parole violation from a 2017 charge of making meth.  Terrebonne is charged with conspiracy to make meth and child endangerment.
