Luke Bryan was the big winner at Sunday’s American Country Countdown Awards in Los Angeles. Bryan earned the night’s top prize Artist of the Year as well as the Male Vocalist of the year trophy. Sam Hunt also took home two trophies, winning awards for Breakthrough Male of the Year, and Digital Album of the year for Montevallo.

Members Of Luke Bryan’s Stage Crew Injured In A Car Accident
Luke Bryan’s Thoughts are with the three members of his stage crew who were injured in a serious car accident on Sunday morning (4/10). Luke posted on Facebook, “We are so saddened to hear about the accident of the local crew guys after our Syracuse show. Our thoughts and well wishes for a speedy recovery go out to them and their families.
American Country Countdown Award Finalists Announced
The finalists for the 2016 American Country Countdown Awards have been announced. Luke Bryan leads the pack with seven nominations, followed by Sam Hunt who has a total of five. Thomas Rhett and Zac Brown Band follow close behind with four nods apiece, and Florida Georgia Line picked up three of their own. The show will air live from the “Fabulous” Forum in Inglewood, California, on May 1st at 7:00 pm on Fox.

On this day in 2014, Flordia Georgia Line’s Duet with Luke Bryan “This Is How We Roll” began a three-week stay on top of the Billboard Country Charts. The song was the fifth single from Florida Georgia Line’s album Here’s To The Good Times, though it is only on the 2013 This Is How We Roll rerelease.
Cole Swindell had assisted the artist in wrting the song, and a remix featuring Jason Derulo and Bryan was released later in 2014. The song would be 3X Certified Platinum by the RIAA.
Luke Bryan Postpones Show Due To Widespread Flooding
Luke Bryan had to postpone his concert in Bossier City, Louisiana, on Saturday (3/12) due to the widespread flooding in the area. A message on Luke’s website said the decision to reschedule was made for the safety of the fans after a ‘State of Emergency’ was declared for Bossier City. The concert at the CenturyLink Center has now been rescheduled for May 18th.
Keith Urban & Vince Gill Return For All For The Hall Benefit Concert
The sixth annual All For The Hall Benefit Concert will return to Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on April 12th. Keith Urban and Vince Gill will return for the annual event, which raises money each year for the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. The concert will feature performances from Urban and Gill along with Luke Bryan, Peter Frampton, Florida Georgia Line, Emmylou Harris, Sam Hunt, Jason Isbell, Maddie & Tae, and Maren Morris.
Luke Bryan Plans A Low-Key Christmas
Luke Bryan says after such a BIG 2015, His Christmas is going to be low-key this year. He told The Tennessean that he’s, “Trying to hang out around the house, do a little shopping, a little Santa Clausing.” Afte Christmas, Bryan and his wife are heading to Times Square in New York City for two celebrations – Caroline’s Birthday and New Year’s Eve.

Luke Bryan has been added to the lineup of performers during ABC’s telecast of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2016. Luke is part of a newly announced wave of performers that also includes pop star Demi Lovato and rapper Wiz Khalifa. These artists join previously announced headliner Carrie Underwood.
