State Representative Holly Brink says she won’t run for re-election in 2022.  The Oskaloosa Republican released a statement Tuesday (12/14) saying she will devote more of her time to her three children.  Brink currently represents District 80, which covers Monroe and Appanoose counties, as well as the eastern part of Mahaska County and western Wapello County.  She lives in what will become District 88 under Iowa’s new redistricting map.  Representative Dustin Hite of New Sharon also lives in District 88 and announced last week that he would run for re-election.
