Monday night (4/19) the Oskaloosa City Council will consider preliminary approval of plans for the third phase of the City’s façade improvement project. This phase will cover several buildings on 1st Avenue East, as well as 214 South Market Street. Following the meeting, the City Council will go into closed session to vote on tentative agreements between the City and its Police and Firefighters unions.
