The Oskaloosa City Council will hold its first meeting of the new year Monday night (1/4). The Council will hold a public hearing on an amendment to the City’s 2021 fiscal year budget. According to City staff, changes in the budget are needed due to the timing of projects and spending for the City’s sanitary sewer and airport project funds, which were originally budgeted for the 2020 fiscal year.
