The Oskaloosa City Council will hold a study session Monday (12/7) at 4:30pm to discuss sewer rates and capital improvement projects for the city’s wastewater system. Then at 6:00, the City Council holds its regular meeting, where they will hold a public hearing on the Meadow Creek Pavement Improvement Project. The Council will also consider a resolution calling for a special election to decide on raising the city’s hotel and motel tax from 5 percent to 7 percent.
