An altercation between two men over the weekend in Ottumwa ended with gunfire, but thankfully no injuries.  Ottumwa Police say they were called around 9:30 Saturday morning (5/16) to a residence on the 300 block of East Park Avenue.  It’s alleged that 36-year-old Caleb Brewer of Ottumwa fired several rounds during an argument with 32-year-old Ryan Rupe of Ottumwa.  No one was injured.  Brewer is charged with being a felon possessing a firearm.  Rupe is charged with first degree burglary for allegedly punching Brewer several times through the window of a vehicle where Brewer was sitting.
