OSKALOOSA POLICE ARREST ALLEGED FLASHER

Oskaloosa Police arrest alleged flasher

Oskaloosa Police say they have a man in custody for flashing.  Around 1:40 Wednesday afternoon (4/22), Police were called to High Avenue East and North Third Street about a man following a woman and exposing himself to her.  When Police arrived, the man fled on foot and was arrested after a brief struggle and use of a Taser.  29-year-old Tony Wayne Laird of Polk County is being held in the Mahaska County Jail for indecent exposure, possession of a controlled substance and interference with official acts.  Laird is also on probation from Polk County.
