Former Oskaloosa High runner Emma Kelderman has been named to the Iowa Association of Track Coaches Elite All-State track and field team.  Kelderman, who graduated last spring, was second in the Class 3A 400 hurdles last spring.  She is now a freshman at the University of Iowa majoring in speech pathology and hearing.
