Former Ottumwa City Administrator Andy Morris has a new job.  The Bloomfield City Council will reportedly hire Morris to be their interim city administrator.  Morris recently resigned his Ottumwa job after he was placed on administrative leave.  There’s been no comment from the City of Ottumwa or Morris on why he was suspended.
