A woman from Delta was cited after her car struck a pedestrian Friday afternoon in downtown Oskaloosa.  Oskaloosa Police say they responded to a call at 12:22 pm Friday at A Avenue East and North D Street.  They found a pedestrian had been struck by a turning vehicle as he was walking in the crosswalk.  41-year-old Jennifer Yilek of Delta was cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian within an intersection.  The pedestrian, who was not named, was taken to an area hospital for treatment of serious injuries
