It has taken nearly a year and a half, but Washington Police believe they’ve found the man who robbed a local jeweler in April 2017.  On April 5, 2017, Don’s Jewelry was robbed.  After reviewing photographs of the suspect, he was identified as 24-year-old Michael Darell Wright of Chicago.  Last Thursday (11/1), Wright was found in Clinton, Illinois on a warrant for second degree theft.  Wright is awaiting extradition back to Iowa on that charge.
