A controlled Natural gas blow-off will be conducted South East of Oskaloosa tomorrow morning, November 9, around 9:00 a.m. for maintenance purposes.  This action will create a loud “whistling” that will sound like a leak.  The Oskaloosa Fire Department would like the public to know that this is not an emergency and will not create any hazards for the Citizens of Mahaska County.   Any questions can be related to the Oskaloosa Fire Department at 641-673-3541 x2.
