Former Pella Police Chief John de Vries died Wednesday (5/26) from complications of pneumonia.  He was 87.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday (6/1) at 11am at Calvary Christian Reformed Church in Pella.  The family is asking that memorials be made to the Pella Christian Grade School in lieu of flowers.
