OWC, invites all women to join the group at the Peppertree for their monthly dinner.  The speaker will be Laurel Fantz Anderson. Vickie Collette will talk about the Golden Goose Club whose members  work to beautify Oskaloosa. Julia Andrews will be the vocalist for the evening.
