Des Moines police arrested a man wanted for 1st degree arson in a fire that heavily damaged businesses in downtown Oskaloosa on Monday, May 11th… 23 year old Danny Parnell Logan was arrested at a Des Moines apartment around 8 pm last evening without incident, and was taken to Oskaloosa following his arrest… Logan will make his initial court appearance in Mahaska County District Court today. (Thursday)… Logan is being held in the Mahaska County Jail on $25,000 cash-only bond… A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
