On Tuesday, May 12, the Oskaloosa Police Department applied for and received an arrest warrant for Danny Parnell Logan, age 23, of Oskaloosa, Iowa. Danny Logan was charged with arson in the first degree which is a class “B” felony punishable by up to twenty-five years in a state penitentiary. This charge stems from an investigation into a structure fire that was reported on May 11 in the 200 block of 1st Avenue East in Oskaloosa, Iowa.

Danny Logan is presently at-large and the Oskaloosa Police Department is requesting that anyone who may have information of Logan’s whereabouts or have any contact with him to contact their local law enforcement agencies.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Danny Logan is 5’9″, weighs 200 pounds, and could possibly have bandaged hands and right shoulder from burn injuries.
