The man who was killed in an officer-involved shooting near Centerville has been identified.  45-year-old Kevin Arbogast of Centerville was killed Sunday afternoon (11/21) after Centerville Police were called to a domestic assault in the 21000 block of 560^th Street.  During the investigation, two Centerville officers and an Appanoose County Sheriff’s deputy were involved in a shooting where Arbogast died.  The law enforcement officers were not injured.  An investigation into the shooting is still ongoing.  The officers involved have been placed on leave.
