DOLLY PARTON BRINGS STEPHEN COLBERT TO TEARS

Dolly Parton Brings Stephen Colbert To Tears

Dolly Parton’s voice can apparently bring grown men to tears. In case you missed it, during an appearance on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert,” Dolly’s singing made the host weep.

During her interview Dolly sang the bluegrass standard “Bury Me Beneath the Willow,” and Colbert was so overcome by emotions he had to wipe away tears.

“So I better hush before you cry yourself to death and you can’t finish the show,” Dolly said at the end of the song. That made Stephen laugh and joke, “Like a lot of Americans, I’m under a lot of stress right now Dolly.”
