A woman from Albia is accused of attempted murder as part of a plot to kill an Ottumwa man.  The Wapello County Sheriff’s Office says 41-year-old Stacy Crabbe was arrested Wednesday (1/15).  The arrest report says an unnamed co-defendant fired a shot into a home on the 800 block of West Main Street.  It’s alleged Crabbe worked with two others to set up the incident.  She is being held on $100,000 cash only bond.
