An Ottumwa woman accused of murdering her five year old daughter last year has had her trial moved to March.  Kelsie Thomas is accused of killing Cloe Chandler in July 2018.  A jury trial was scheduled for February, but a judge has moved the trial to March 3.  Thomas remains in the Wapello County Jail on $500,000 bond.
