Attorneys for the man accused of murdering Mollie Tibbetts want another delay in his murder trial.  Attorneys for Cristhian Bahena Rivera Wednesday (10/9) told a Poweshiek County judge they need more time to go over newly-released forensic testing on some of the evidence.  The judge has not ruled on that motion.  Bahena Rivera is scheduled to go on trial November 12 in Sioux City.
