Former Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper will bring his Democratic Presidential campaign to the area Thursday (7/25).  Hickenlooper will be at Indian Hills Community College in Ottumwa at 10:30am.  Then he’ll be at a meet and greet at the Sigourney Café this afternoon at 1pm.
