WOMAN CHARGED IN ROBBERY AND SHOOTOUT TO ACCEPT A PLEA DEAL

Woman charged in robbery and shootout to accept a plea deal

A woman charged in connection with a police shootout in Ottumwa last August has reached a plea deal.  Ottumwa Police say 37-year-old Tiffany McNeal was charged with burglary, robbery and attempted murder in connection with the August 3 incident.  McNeal is scheduled to make a plea deal July 29, but there’s no word what she will plead guilty to.  Michael Bibby and Dalton Cook are also charged with burglary, robbery and attempted murder in this case.  They are scheduled to go on trial January 14.
