Attorneys for the man accused of killing Mollie Tibbetts want his next court date to be postponed.  On Tuesday (6/18), Cristhian Behena Rivera’s attorneys asked that a June 25^th court date be postponed so they could examine more evidence in the case.  No word if the judge will agree with that request.  Rivera is accused of killing Mollie Tibbetts in her home town of Brooklyn last July.
