Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds has declared Wapello and Marion Counties plus eight other Iowa counties to be disaster areas in response to heavy rains, straight line winds, hail, tornadoes, widespread flooding and flash flooding that began May 17.  Qualifying residents can receive up to $5000 through the Iowa Individual Assistance Grant Program….and help is also available through Disaster Case Management.
