The Oskaloosa City Council will hold a public hearing Tuesday (2/19) on the City’s capital improvement plan for fiscal years 2020 through 2024.  The $9.8 million spending plan includes upgrades in technology, replacing police vehicles, road improvements and wastewater projects.  Tuesday’s Oskaloosa City Council meeting starts at 6 at City Hall.
