A 13-year-old middle school student from Ottumwa has been charged with a felony after she allegedly brought a knife to Evans Middle School last month.  Ottumwa Police say the girl was arrested last week and charged with Going Armed With Intent, which is a D Felony.  You might remember back on November 28^th, school officials were told the girl had made a comment about using a knife to assault another student. School officials then called Police.  The 13-year-old isn’t in custody, but she must report to juvenile authorities.
