Boating tragedy in Branson

Seventeen people died Thursday when a duck boat they were riding in capsized during a storm in Branson, Missouri.  Nine of the victims were members of one family; two other members of the family survived.  The driver of the boat was among the victims.  However, the captain survived.  At least seven other passengers were injured, including two in serious condition.  Sheriff Doug Rader of the Stone County Sheriff’s Dept said that it was too early to know the cause of the incident.
