On June 3rd, 2015 at approximately 7:06 a.m. the Oskaloosa Police Department were dispatched to the 700 block of High Avenue East in regards to a residential burglary. Officers learned that the home owner was present at the time of the burglary and was assaulted by the suspect. The suspect left the scene prior to officers arrival.

The suspect is described as a white male, possibly in his late 20’s to 30’s. The male is described as approximately 5’10”-6’00” tall and weighing approximately 170 lbs-190 lbs. He has medium to short length brown hair. The male was wearing baggy blue jeans and a gray t shirt. The male also had a white bandage on his face.
